Edge is transforming how the world sees protective eyewear through the outdoor industry and we are hungry for new talent! The outside sales team is seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Outdoor National Sales Manager to support our sales operation.
Your primary responsibility is to negotiate and improve agreements with large box store chains and key accounts to expand the Edge Eyewear in store and digital footprint. The best candidate will take a consultative sales approach and help determine the integration requirements to assist in launching our product. You will develop the negotiating strategy and own the negotiations end-to-end and be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership, business development, product development, forecasting, procurement, negotiations, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. In this role you will:
• Drive sales, profitability, and awareness of Edge Eyewear products to drive revenue and increase sales by $1.2-$1.5 million.
• Research new vendors for products and services by seeking to establish new business relationships. This can be done via cold calls, tradeshows, internet searches, industry intelligence, etc.
• Lead sales strategy and create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement promotional strategies.
• Create data driven analysis and forecasting documents to be well versed in fact-based sales techniques while presenting to potential vendors.
• Attend and manage tradeshow opportunities. Determine best fit to reach sales targets with measurable ROI.

About You:
• Ideal candidate will have a high understanding of the hunt/fish and outdoor space and have familiarity with selling techniques to gain new business.
• Strong presentation skills. Must be effective in a variety of formal presentation settings outside of the company to incorporate all levels of brand marketing plans.
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with employees and future business partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in a sales environment required.

The Production Design Specialist works with the Design Director to execute a creative design across multiple platforms, ensuring that marketing design requests reflect the overall brand and are properly completed in a timely and accurate manner. This role will be a support to the Design Director and create/finalize copy, design layouts, implement content concepts, retouch color, check font consistency, edit photos, and change layouts so that every asset reflects the Edge brand. The Production Design Specialist will support the overall production work + design needs through the creation of MRFs, B2B emails, photo editing, catalog creation, organization and cataloging of assets, support on social graphics, and support on other design needs as outlined by Design Director.
A baseline knowledge of design and design principle and execution is required in addition to an eye for details and a willingness to learn from the Design Director.

In this role you will:

· Manage Marketing Requests through Basecamp

· Photo editing to align to brand look and feel

· Execute design requests in a timely matter ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining brand standards and voice.

· Responsible for high level of detail in deliverables including copywriting, image editing, use of design features. Maintaining the final deliverable so all information is complete, accurate, and reflects the brand

· Execute marketing material from submitted concept stage to the delivery stage

· Manage requests and create organizational system of graphics for company-wide use

· Implement outlined design language and vision in all projects.

· Ensure all projects and final graphics meet brand standards.

· Minor copyrighting and editing

· Assists with setup of product launches through MRFs and social media asset creation

· Work cross functionally to ensure all departments’ graphic needs are being met on time and to brand standards

· Manage time effectively with only moderate supervision

About You:

· Degree in Graphic design or related field

· 2+ years’ experience in graphic design

· Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

· Familiarity with layout design

· Knowledge of graphic design basics like image optimization, file types, print requirements, resolutions, color, and size balancing, etc.

· Photography editing

· Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills

a variety of tasks to ensure company objectives for cost savings, planning and analysis to improve operational efficiencies, and building/improving processes to track and provide financials details to advance the objectives set by Executive
team. The Financial Analyst guides and oversees the organizations Financial Statement building, planning, preparation, and auditing functions to include software and tools necessary for accurate and timely financials.

Analyzing current and past financial data for Demand Planning for Inventory, SKU sales and Profitability, Product Saturation, New Market Saturation, for one or multiple consolidated entities.

Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, looking at current financial performance and identifying trends.

Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business.

Suggesting budgets and improvements based on the above information.

Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts.

Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth.

Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods and materials.

Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications, coordinating information requirements.

Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.

Education,Training, Skills and Experience Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

2-3 years experience in reporting and analytical accounting-based roles.

We are looking for Warehouse Workers to participate in our operations and production activities to include storing materials, picking, packing, scanning, and shipping orders. In this role you will:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Process miscellaneous ship requests.
Complete daily production items along with demand
Complete projects for warehouse and production as needed.
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Unload containers of inventory 3-4 times monthly while organizing items by pallet.
Perform inventory counts and controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Report any discrepancies to Warehouse manager and/or Purchasing Dept.
Other duties and projects as assigned by managers.

About You:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 - 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Shipping software knowledge
Android based scanner knowledge of operation.
Ability to navigate the internet and web pages.
Forklift certified.
Ability to lift 20-50 lbs, sit, stand, bend at knee, bend at back.
