Ultimately, it is at the discretion of Edge Eyewear if a product is eligible for repair, but we’ll always work with you to determine the best solution possible. On average, repairs take about 4-6 weeks to complete, and we’ll keep you updated if it exceeds this amount of time for any reason. Edge offers a manufacturing and workmanship defect warranty for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, with a valid proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover scratched lenses, wear and tear, improper care or any accidental damage to the frame or lenses. Any alterations to the frame or lenses voids the warranty. Apparel and accessories are not covered under warranty. We currently do not offer repairs or replacement parts on any models.
Edge has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a defect. All evaluations are done through photo submissions. If your warranty is approved, we will require a photo of the product destroyed prior to issuing a replacement. We do not require physical product be returned to us for evaluation, unless it is necessary for quality control. In this event, a prepaid label will be provided.

We will update you regarding the outcome of your claim via email. If your glasses are covered under warranty, we will replace them at no charge. If your exact product is not currently available, we will reach out to you for alternative substitutions.
